When I serve my New Orleans Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce, as I often do at Christmas, I never have to worry about leftovers. This pudding is, shall we say, very tasty. When asked for the recipe, I usually respond with a wry smile and a cryptic remark about the Freedom of Information Act. But now, in the spirit of the Christmas Season, I am revealing my secret recipe.
